To use the ka33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Online gaming or betting is legally permitted in your area of residence.

Each person may open only one account. Creating more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 15 times.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• It may not be possible to claim another bonus while one is already active.
• ka33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports.
• Confirmed bets can be cancelled before an event starts — changes during an event are limited.
• If incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, ka33 reserves the right to void those bets.
• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bet settlement rules will follow the terms of each event.

5.2 Casino and Slots

• All casino games and slots run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Game results are completely unbiased and not predetermined.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded or settled according to the applicable policy.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games including Aviator (Spribe), Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic Play) and Fortune Tiger (PG Soft).

5.3 Betting Limits

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and event.
• VIP members may enjoy higher betting limits.

In the event of account closure, if there is no irregularity and the balance is proven to have been legitimately earned, ka33 will return those funds after the investigation. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ka33 will not be held liable for the following:

• Losses in games or bets caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Transaction delays due to issues with third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical disruptions.
• Security breaches resulting from your own negligence in protecting your account information.
• Your expectations regarding game outcomes not being met.
